This form allows HOA Members (homeowners) to inform the HOA Board of Directors about neighborly concerns within the community. The form is designed to be anonymous; however, individuals may choose to self-identify in the space provided or ask to be contacted by the Board at the Board’s discretion.
When filling out the form, please consider that not everyone in the community shares the same “tastes” when making choices concerning their property. Please seek to be as objective as possible when describing observations. The Board reserves the right to act upon observations at its discretion.
